Old Dominion University - Office of Enterprise Research and Innovation

The Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) is a network of 26 universities—including Old Dominion University (ODU)—sponsored by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) and other entities in the Department of Defense to develop actionable solutions to complex challenges facing national security.

SATTL operates under the Office of Enterprise Research and Innovation (OERI) at Old Dominion University (ODU). OERI brings together a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, subject matter experts, and warfighters to drive innovation and applied research in support of national security and advanced training technologies.
